The installation work was proceeded normally during three months. There were also some difficulties during the installation period, but all of the difficulties have been solved by ZOZEN technicians. Due to the differences of international standards, the carbon content and impurities of raw steel were different. In addition, the local welding materials in Bangladesh didn’t match the original welding materials, and it was difficult to purchase the suitable material. Engineer Gong, the person in charge of the project, looked for the suitable material in various ways. Following the standard of “Replacing low quality materials with high quality materials”, he chose materials with higher yield strength and tensile strength to replace them, ensured the construction progress of the project and completed the task with high quality. He was highly praised by the partners.
