ZOZEN Reliable 15 Tph Reciprocating Grate Biomass Steam Boiler for Central Heating Industry

Anshan Industrial Park Central Heating Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to providing clean and efficient energy solutions for enterprises within the park. Their clean energy steam supply project aimed to adopt advanced biomass boiler equipment to reduce carbon emissions, comply with environmental protection policies, and meet the steam demands of the park’s enterprises.

For this project, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a 15-ton DZW series reciprocating grate biomass steam boiler. The reciprocating grate is particularly suitable for handling biomass fuels such as wood chips, which have high moisture content and uneven particle sizes. This design effectively prevents incomplete combustion or fuel accumulation issues, significantly improving combustion efficiency. The boiler achieves a thermal efficiency of over 86%. While ensuring efficient combustion, it reduces wood chip fuel consumption and lowers operational costs.
