ZOZEN 4 Ton Biomass Steam Boiler for Food Processing Industry in Spain

Recently, ZOZEN Boiler successfully exported two steam boiler units to Spain, providing an efficient and environmentally friendly steam boiler solution for a local agricultural product processing plant. This project aims to help the customer meet their production needs while achieving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. As the customer’s production scale continues to expand, their energy demand has also grown, requiring a boiler system that balances high capacity and strict environmental standards.

Project Requirements:

The agricultural product processing industry has significant energy demands, especially for steam used in processes such as drying and sterilization. The customer not only needed a steam supply system that could meet their high production capacity but also required the boiler system to comply with the strict environmental regulations in Europe. To meet these needs, ZOZEN Boiler customized two steam boilers: a 4-ton biomass steam boiler and a 1.5-ton diesel steam boiler.

Key Equipment Introduction:

4-ton Biomass Steam Boiler:

The choice of fuel was crucial for this boiler, with the customer selecting oat husks as the primary fuel. Oat husks are a renewable resource, and their low-pollution emissions align with Europe’s renewable energy promotion policies. The boiler incorporates advanced combustion technology and a heat recovery system, achieving high thermal efficiency by maximizing fuel utilization and reducing energy consumption. Additionally, its emissions meet Europe’s strict environmental standards, ensuring a clean and efficient production process.

1.5-ton Diesel Steam Boiler:

As a backup, the 1.5-ton diesel steam boiler can be activated when the main boiler is undergoing maintenance or in case of malfunction, ensuring uninterrupted production. This backup feature guarantees the continuity and stability of the factory’s production process, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Customized System Solutions:

To ensure the stable and efficient operation of the boiler system, ZOZEN Boiler designed a customized solution for this project, including the optimization and application of several key components.

Fuel Lock Feeder: A custom-designed fuel lock feeder ensures uniform fuel feeding, preventing backfire in the hopper and ensuring the safety and stability of the combustion process.

Fans and Pumps: These auxiliary devices are perfectly integrated with the main boiler, greatly improving the overall system’s operational efficiency and reliability, ensuring stable steam supply during production.

Speed Reducer and Frequency Control Technology: By utilizing speed reducers and frequency control technology, the boiler system can dynamically adjust its operational status based on actual demand, achieving energy savings and consumption reduction. This not only lowers operational costs but also complies with environmental regulations, contributing to the factory’s sustainability goals.

Through this export project, ZOZEN Boiler not only provided the Spanish customer with a tailored steam solution but also made significant progress in the fields of energy conservation and environmental protection, contributing to the customer’s sustainable development efforts.
