SZS series gas steam boiler is a water tube steam boiler with longitudinal arrangement of double boilers and micro positive pressure combustion. The auxiliary heating surfaces such as supply and energy saver of gas steam boiler with D-type furnace structure are arranged at the end. The outlet medium is submedium pressure, superheated steam, which can meet the heating needs of both industry and power station.
The series SZS gas steam boiler burner is arranged on the front wall, and the convection tube bundle is arranged side-by-side with the furnace chamber. The flue gas produced during combustion flows through the superheater at the rear of the furnace, the convection tube bundle and the heating surface at the rear end in turn, and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. SZS series steam boilers are equipped with dense row of wall tubes on both sides of the right side of the furnace wall and a two-way convection tube bundle on the left side of the boiler. The superheater is set in the turning area of the furnace exit. The thermal efficiency and combustion conditions of the boiler are effectively improved. The tail section is equipped with energy-saving devices to maximize energy saving. The superheater adopts counter-flow arrangement to prevent the superheater tube wall from overheating and ensure safe and reliable operation.
The SZS gas steam boiler is supplied with compact structure, small footprint and good flame filling. The water-cooled wall and convection flue in the furnace chamber adopt membrane wall structure, with good sealing, effectively reducing the use of refractory bricks and maintenance workload. The outer package adopts color steel plate, with beautiful and generous appearance. Fully automatic burner is adopted, with high combustion efficiency, ignition program control and overpressure and flameout protection device. Quick installation structure can effectively shorten the installation cycle.
The water circulation of gas fired steam boiler adopts natural circulation circuit. The water circulation resistance is small, and the water circulation conditions such as stagnation, reflux and free liquid level will not deteriorate, effectively preventing the occurrence of pipe explosion accidents. To ensure the safety of boiler ignition, the boiler top is designed with explosion-proof doors. The manhole in the furnace chamber makes the boiler safe, reliable and easy to maintain.
