The demand for natural gas consumption has promoted the development of natural gas boilers. Gas boilers are needed to protect the environment and are increasingly used in production life. Energy saving and environmental protection and improving the thermal efficiency of natural gas boilers has become an important part of research. The improvement of the natural gas boiler efficiency is extremely important for the effective use of energy, so it is imperative to improve the thermal efficiency of boilers. To improve the thermal efficiency of boilers and fully recover the waste heat up to latent heat in the flue gas, it is necessary to explore the solution measures for the factors affecting the thermal efficiency of boilers.
By improving the industrial natural gas boiler efficiency, it means that the right amount of natural and the right amount of air should be composed of the best ratio for combustion. Because there are 79% of N2 in the air, these N2 do not participate in combustion, but are heated in the combustion process, absorbing energy and then being exhausted from the flue to the atmosphere. That is, in order for 20.9% of O2 in the air to participate in combustion, nearly four times more N2 than O2 must be heated and then discharged. These energy losses are unavoidable, but can be minimized. Therefore, it is significant to ensure the full combustion of natural gas, reasonably control the air input and effectively improve the efficiency of natural gas combustion to improve the economics of boiler operation.
Stable steam supply directly affects the quality and output of products, therefore, many enterprises have higher requirements for energy saving and stability of natural gas boilers. ZOZEN Boiler will customize a full set of technical solutions for the WNS series gas steam boiler system according to the actual heat demand of the enterprise. The boiler adopts two-return design, the design of large diameter corrugated furnace gall and the use of threaded flue pipe, so that the boiler heat transfer is more efficient, with the addition of the tail condenser and other energy-saving equipment, the boiler thermal efficiency can be as high as 98% or more.
Factors affecting the efficiency of industrial natural gas boilers
Natural gas combustion efficiency is intuitively reflected in the boiler thermal efficiency, the higher the natural gas combustion efficiency, the higher the boiler thermal efficiency. Natural gas boiler energy efficiency monitoring items mainly include: boiler thermal efficiency, excess air coefficient, CO content at the exhaust and exhaust temperature, etc.. Among them, boiler thermal efficiency is closely related to the excess air coefficient, CO content at the exhaust and exhaust temperature. Therefore, to improve the efficiency of natural gas combustion, that is, to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler (to obtain the highest heat with the least amount of natural gas), it is necessary to control the excess air coefficient, monitor the CO content at the exhaust smoke and the exhaust smoke temperature.
ZOZEN’s oil/gas boilers can be divided into three series: WNS series condensing horizontal internal combustion boilers, SZS series condensing double-barrel longitudinal boilers and DHS series angle tube boilers. All three series adopt large furnace chamber design, with thermal efficiency up to 98% or more and NOx emission as low as 30mg/Nm3; the front and rear flue box adopt ZOZEN’s original sealing structure to ensure no smoke leakage from the flue box; and have the feature of fully automatic and safe operation.
