Biomass steam boiler is a kind of horizontal water fire tube boiler. Then it goes back from the front flue box to the tube bundle in the pot and then through the rear flue box to the energy saving device. It is then exhausted by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney to the atmosphere.
When the biomass steam boiler burns, the coal with roughly uniform fuel is dropped into the coal chute by the automatic coal feeder and enters the front arch for preheating under the rotation of the chain grate. It burns out in the combustion zone and falls into the slag pond. The high temperature flue gas produced by the combustion of the furnace enters the rear part of the furnace through the lower arch of the two flue wings, and is heat exchanged by the two flue wings, and flows forward through the front flue box, and after heat exchange, it enters the convection tube, enters the coal saver and dust collector at the bottom of the pot, and is sent to the chimney through the induced draft fan and is discharged into the atmosphere.
Industrial steam boiler feed water is done by boiler feed pump, softened water is fed through feed pipe coal saver, then into boiler pot, then from the fall pipe into the left and right collector. The water-cooled walls on both sides absorb heat and vaporize, producing steam. The steam enters the steam-water separator in the boiler barrel, and after separation, it enters the heat flow through the main steam valve. The pot barrel is composed of curved pipe plate and threaded pipe, so that the pot barrel is changed from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastomer, and the stress-bearing parts in the pipe plate area are eliminated to reduce stress. The flue pipe inside the tube plate is changed from a double return to a single return, solving the problem of cracks inside the tube plate.
