20 Ton Oil/Gas-fired Steam Boiler Introduction
As you know, steam boilers are mainly used for dissolving and refining of nitrocellulose. Nobel NC Co., Ltd. mainly produces high quality industrial nitrocellulose. This time, Noble NC joins hands with ZOZEN Boiler to add 20 ton oil/gas-fired steam boiler in the newly built boiler room to meet the demand of industrial nitrocellulose scale and sustainable production.
Noble NC chose LPG as the boiler fuel, emphasizing the continuity and safety of production, which put forward strict requirements for boiler equipment and needed to meet ASME standards. According to the characteristics of the LPG fuel selected by the customer, ZOZEN boilers choose imported burners to ensure full combustion of oil/gas-fired steam boiler and improve fuel utilization. At the same time, various energy-saving devices and condensers can be added to effectively improve the overall thermal efficiency and reduce boiler operating costs.
This series of 20 ton oil/gas-fired steam boiler adopts double pot structure and full membrane wall design. The boiler steam package is precisely calculated by senior engineers of ZOZEN Boiler, while multiple steam-water separators are provided inside to ensure sufficient steam output and excellent quality. It can meet the steam demand in the production process.
ZOZEN boilers strictly follow ASME standards in boiler design and production process. As a professional ASME boiler manufacturer, ZOZEN Boiler not only ensures that the material quality certificates and marks meet the specification requirements, but also conducts tests and strict inspections on incoming materials. In the production stage, personnel who have obtained professional certificates are in charge of the boiler’s dismantling, welding and inspection to ensure that the final SZS series steam boiler meet ASME standards.
