ZOZEN 20 Ton Biomass Steam Boiler for Food Industry in Tanzania

Recently, ZOZEN Boiler partnered with a cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania to provide a tailored solution for their production needs. In response to the client’s requirements, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a DZL series 20-ton biomass steam boiler, meeting the demands of their manufacturing operations.

The cottonseed oil factory in Tanzania was in search of a boiler solution that could meet their production requirements while also reducing environmental impact. ZOZEN Boiler’s DZL series third-generation biomass steam boiler proved to be the perfect fit, earning the trust of the client. The boiler has been shipped and installation is currently underway on-site.

The innovation of the DZL series boiler lies in its chain grate and independent air chamber design, ensuring efficient combustion of fuels such as biomass pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 87.5%. The boiler features water-cooled walls around the front section and convection tube bundles between the upper and lower boiler drums at the rear, optimizing the conversion and utilization of heat energy as high-temperature flue gas passes through these heated surfaces, subsequently passing through economizers and dust collectors before being expelled through the chimney.
