YQ(Y)L Series Hot Oil Boiler System Introduction
The YQ(Y)L series hot oil boiler system adopts a two-pass coil structure with tapered coil ends, effectively protecting the boiler’s end wall. It is equipped with an advanced combustion device, enabling fully automated operation. After the fuel is ignited by the burner, the resulting flame fills the coil and radiates heat through the coil wall, constituting the first pass. The high-temperature flue gas generated during combustion gathers at the rear door, turns to enter the second pass, the convection tube bundle area. After convective heat exchange, the flue gas temperature gradually decreases and then exits through the heated surface at the tail into the chimney and out to the atmosphere. The YQ(Y)L series hot oil boiler system is equipped with an advanced combustion device and automatic control system, enabling fully automated operation. When the system detects abnormalities (such as over-temperature, low liquid level, etc.), it will automatically trigger alarms and stop working to ensure operational safety.
