20 TPH ZOZEN Third-Generation Water Tube Biomass Steam Boiler for Heating Industry

In order to meet the growing energy demands and seek more environmentally friendly and efficient energy solutions, the company has decided to adopt biomass boilers. After multiple selection and evaluation stages, the DZL series third-generation biomass water tube boiler from ZOZEN was chosen for its advanced technology and reliable performance.

The DZL series third-generation biomass boiler is a non-clogging biomass steam boiler. The boiler is equipped with a soot blowing device at the rear convection heating surface and has soot blowing tube holes reserved at the top of the furnace. The soot blowing method can be adjusted according to different fuel types, allowing for ash cleaning without the need to shut down the boiler. Additionally, to accommodate the combustion of non-molded biomass fuels, the furnace height of the boiler has been increased by 1-3 meters compared to traditional designs. This adjustment not only enables the complete combustion of non-molded biomass fuels but also further improves the thermal efficiency.

After being put into use, the DZL series third-generation biomass water tube boiler has demonstrated excellent performance at Shenjiang Company’s project site. Preliminary data indicates a significant improvement in thermal efficiency compared to the previously used traditional boilers, while also exhibiting high stability.
