It is equipped with a large-diameter full-corrugated furnace, which can effectively improve the heat transfer effect per unit area and unit volume; the boiler drum adopts threaded tubes to enhance heat transfer, and the heat transfer coefficient is 1.2 times higher than that of ordinary smooth smoke pipes; the economizer is equipped at the end of the boiler, reusing the waste heat of high temperature flue gas discharged from the boiler to increase the boiler inlet water temperature and reduce the exhaust gas temperature. After years of technical development and improvement, thermal efficiency of the gas fired boiler can reach as high as 98%.
In addition, this gas fired steam boiler adopts a fully automatic operation system, which can precisely adjust the combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure, and check the operation status of the boiler in real time.
