8 ton gas fired steam boiler adopts a three-pass fire tube structure, which effectively prolongs the residence time of high-temperature flue gas in the boiler property to enhance heat exchange. The thermal efficiency of the boiler is as high as 98%. At the same time, the boiler adopts low NOx burner, it helps to the complete combustion of gas, to control NOx emission lower than 30mgN/m³. Under the current situation of rising fuel, it helps to save a lot of operating costs. Except for packing industry, ZOZEN WNS series boilers are also widely used in paper mills, printing plants, cardboard plants and textile plants, etc.
