In recent years, the government has increased the air environment management, and the 10t/h and 20t/h coal-fired boilers have been dismantled and withdrawn from the heat supply one after another. For this reason, the thermal power plant decided to open tender for the purchase of low-NOx gas-fired hot water boiler and put forward clear requirements in terms of environmental protection and efficiency of the boiler equipment. With the signing of the cooperation agreement between the two parties, the boiler officially entered the manufacturing stage.Starting from the steel plate off-set, every key process of ZOZEN boiler adopts advanced CNC machining process, which ensures the quality of the boiler and shortens the delivery time at the same time. The efficient automatic production line, sufficient raw material stock and scientific 6S site management ensured the delivery of multiple SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers with high quality within the agreed time.
SZS hot water boiler price adopts D-type arrangement and water pipe structure, with good flame filling in the large volume combustion chamber to ensure fuller combustion; the combustion chamber adopts narrow pitch full film water-cooled wall, with good gas tightness, no smoke leakage and high thermal efficiency; the flue gas condensation recovery device is arranged at the end of the boiler to effectively control the exhaust temperature, making the boiler thermal efficiency as high as 98% or more.
After joint commissioning by ZOZEN boiler technicians and the gas company, the SZS gas-fired boiler was the first to be ignited and put into operation, becoming the largest single gas-fired hot water boiler with a heating capacity of 29MW, which can be connected to a heating area of nearly 600,000 square meters, meeting the need for heat load peaking during the high cold period in the region.
