6 Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Introduction
In the production process of permeable pavers, sufficient steam is needed to provide heat source for mixing, pressing and maintenance. As a new type of urban construction pavement material, the production process of permeable pavers puts high requirements on steam and 6 ton gas-fired steam boiler quality.
WNS series gas steam boiler is a new type of boiler developed by our company through continuous tests. All products of the boiler type are fully assembled from the factory to ensure that the boiler can be installed quickly on the user’s site. In addition to the need for water supply, gas supply and electrical connection accessories, no other building structures and special installation procedures are required. Gas fired boiler sales in the boiler factory before a series of testing and commissioning work, to ensure the quality of the boiler factory.

The gas fired boiler adopts internal combustion wet back structure. The combustion chamber adopts full corrugated hearth to enlarge the radiating surface and ensure full combustion of fuel; meanwhile, it is equipped with high efficiency heat transfer element threaded flue tube to extend the time of flue gas in the furnace and improve the thermal efficiency. In addition, the condenser is added at the end of the flue, which effectively circulates the waste heat of flue gas, raises the inlet water temperature and reduces the exhaust smoke temperature. It increases the thermal efficiency to 98% and saves the boiler operation cost.
