6 Ton Natural Gas Fired Steam Boiler Introduction
The intermittent demand for steam in hospitals leads to high energy consumption. For this reason, Ili Hospital proposed to order an energy-saving 6 ton natural gas fired steam boiler with low NOx emissions. In addition, the boiler should use natural gas as boiler fuel.
Large hospitals in general need steam, and the demand is high. Medical instruments need steam for autoclaving; the inpatient department has a large amount of bed sheets and hospital clothes every day, which need steam for cleaning, disinfection and drying; the hospital cafeteria needs steam and hot water for cooking, cleaning and disinfection; in addition to heating and supplying hot water in winter, all of these need the strong support of steam boilers.
In addition, the hospital is located in the center of the city and receives a large number of visitors every day. The normal operation of the hospital depends on the centralized steam supply from large boilers. If there is a problem with the steam supply, it will affect the medical treatment and all related work of the hospital. The safe and stable operation of boilers is an important basis for evaluating their performance.
In response to the customer’s needs, ZOZEN Boiler customized two sets of WNS 6 ton natural gas fired steam boilers, which are fueled by natural gas. WNS series steam boilers can be equipped with low NOx burners with different parameters according to different fuels to reduce NOx emissions while ensuring full combustion of fuels. The large volume of the combustion chamber effectively increases the heat receiving area and improves thermal efficiency, helping hospitals to reduce energy consumption and save costs.
ZOZEN Boiler sets up seven holding points, each under the supervision of a dedicated team, to ensure the quality of products during the manufacturing process. In addition, the automatic control system of WNS series steam boiler can automatically adjust the working pressure, temperature and water level to ensure the daily operation of the hospital.
