MMC IMPEX CHEMICAL PVT LTD is a Pakistani local company specializing in soap production and processing. Through various understandings and comparisons, MMC finally chose ZOZEN Boiler as its boiler supplier and purchased a 6 ton coal boiler.
Industrial steam boilers are widely used in various processing stages of soap factories. The high temperature steam is mainly used in the soap making process, saponification process and drying process. In addition, as a powerful natural cleaning agent, steam is also used for cleaning equipment, production workshops, etc.
ZOZEN provides MMC with SZL series coal-fired steam boilers. The steam capacity of this type of boiler ranges from 4 t/h to 35 t/h, and the working pressure ranges from 10 to 25 bar, which can meet different needs for saturated steam and superheated steam. The boiler is suitable for a wide variety of fuels, such as bituminous coal, anthracite and so on.
From a structural point of view, SZL series boiler are with two parts: the upper part is the heating zone, while the lower part is the combustion device. According to the boiler capacity and the convenience of transportation, 4 – 6 ton boiler adopts a quick-loading structure, and the upper and lower parts are integrated; the 6-35 ton boiler consists of two main components, upper boiler furnace and the lower grate base.
In addition, ZOZEN has designed independent air chambers with different quantities according to the boiler capacity. Users can adjust the air intake volume of each air chamber according to actual combustion conditions to ensure full combustion of fuel. Auxiliary equipment such as air pre-heaters and economizers effectively reuse the heat of high-temperature flue gas to preheat the incoming air and feed water. The thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 82%, which effectively saves the consumption of coal materials.
