6 Ton Capacity Gas-fired Boiler Introduction
The client company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of automotive tires. The client company wanted to eliminate the need for coal by converting a coal-fired boiler to a natural gas-fired boiler through a technical retrofit. The 6 ton capacity gas-fired boiler was to meet the energy needs of the plant and reduce operating costs. And according to the local air pollution control standard, the nitrogen oxide concentration is to be controlled below 30mg/m3 to achieve clean energy production.
ZOZEN Boiler provided three SZS series gas-fired steam boilers for the customer.This type of 6 ton capacity gas-fired boiler adopts a large volume furnace chamber, which is more conducive to the full combustion of fuel. By applying the new condensing technology, it fully absorbs the flue gas dust, raises the boiler inlet water temperature and lowers the exhaust smoke temperature, which increases the boiler thermal efficiency to over 98%, thus saving the operating cost.
This series of coal-fired steam boilers are equipped with energy-saving low-NOx burners, which can automatically adjust the air-fuel ratio through air distribution to achieve a good combustion state and achieve the expected reduction of combustion consumption. NOx concentration in flue gas. After the project transformation is completed, the original fuel coal is replaced by clean energy natural gas. The NOx concentration is controlled below 30mg/m3, which meets the requirements of environmental protection.
