Founded in 1996, Happy Alliance (M) Sdn Bhd has been one of the leading Nata De Coco manufacturers in Malaysia now. Nata de coco is a chewy jelly-like food product produced by the fermentation of coconut water, so a large number of coconut shells will be produced during production.In order to save the fuel cost, Happy Alliance (M) SdnBhd prefers to use coconut shells as fuels.
After realizing its demand, ZOZEN’s engineers provide the company with one set of 4ton DZL biomass fired fire tube boiler according to the fuel characteristics of coconut shell. This DZL series biomass-fired boiler not only improves combustion efficiency, but also solves the problems of scaling, abrasion, burning front arch and feeding hopper.This biomass fired steam boiler adopts high efficient thermal insulation material, low boiler surface temperature, negligible heat loss. The boilers are manufactured in strict accordance with national norms and standards, and all pressurized parts are made of high-quality boiler steel. Each boiler undergoes rigorous inspection and testing, including hydrostatic testing and X-ray inspection, before leaving the factory. Manhole, inspection door, fire-viewing hole, etc. are set up for easy maintenance. The most important features of biomass boilers are: energy saving, environmental protection, and easy to install and use.
