46 MW Hot Water Boiler Introduction
Recently, a clean energy central heating project with a total investment of USD 20 million was constructed in Hebei Province, China. The project refurbishes old equipment and proposes to use two sets of 46 MW hot water boiler to provide centralized heating for local residents. The requirements for the boilers are as follows.
The gas fired hot water boiler should have a stable heating capacity. The safety and stability of long-term operation of the boilers and the heating performance of the boilers are key.
Excellent energy-saving and environmental performance. The project is in line with the national environmental protection policy to use clean energy natural gas as fuel, and clear requirements for boiler flue gas emissions are also put forward.In addition, hot water boiler efficiency is also required to effectively reduce the cost of heat production.
ZOZEN Boiler designed two sets of SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers for the project to meet the heating demand. This series of boilers has the following characteristics.
- The boiler adopts full-film water-cooled wall structure, which has the advantages of good airtightness, etc. Large furnace chamber design ensures full combustion of fuel, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach more than 95%, saving fuel cost.
- The boiler is equipped with explosion-proof door and flame detector, with automatic operating system, which can realize automatic operation of the boiler and control the temperature, pressure and water level.
- In addition, the wide applicability of boiler fuel ensures the use of a variety of clean energy sources, such as natural gas, biogas, etc. Meanwhile, imported low-NOx burners are selected to effectively suppress NOx generation and meet environmental protection requirements.

Due to the increased workload and strict installation requirements for the 46 MW hot water boilers delivered in bulk, ZOZEN Boiler sent professional technicians to guide the installation and retesting on site to ensure the safety of each step. These two sets of hot water boilers are used for winter heating. At present, the construction of the project is in order. It is believed that it will bring warm winter to the residents by then.
