46 MW Gas fired Hot Water Boiler Introduction
The gas fired hot water boiler adopts full film wall combustion chamber with micro positive pressure to ensure good gas tight performance. Meanwhile, the large volume chamber of the boiler ensures full combustion of fuel and the imported original low NOx burner reduces NOx production.
The heating station plays an important role in the local area as it provides winter heating for more than 75% of the local residents. For this reason, the station imposes strict requirements on the heating boilers. Heat supply involves thousands of households and concerns the vital interests of the general public. Therefore, there are clear requirements for the safety performance and heating capacity of the heating boilers.
In response to the demand of the heating station, ZOZEN Boiler customized 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers to guarantee winter heating for local residents.
Compared with traditional coal-fired boilers, the 46MW gas fired hot water boiler do not require an area for stacking fly ash, have easy fuel delivery and short continuous operation cycles, thus reducing electricity consumption. ZOZEN Boiler completed the necessary steps such as boiler manufacturing, installation and pipe network construction on time, and carried out the commissioning inspection of the whole gas boiler system.
