4 Million Kcal Gas Fired Thermal Oil Heater Introduction
Anhui SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. is one of the production bases mainly engaged in the production and sales of paints, waterproof materials and other chemical materials. The coating company added a new coating production line, 3TREES Anhui Plant ordered a set of 4 million kcal thermal oil heater for the heating of the coating production line.
The fuel for the YYW thermal oil boiler of this project production line is chosen from natural gas, and low NOx combustion technology is used. There are also strict requirements for environmental protection, requiring the exhaust gas emission to meet the relevant standards. 4 million kcal thermal oil heater’s heating stability and safe operation are also important, whether it can be adjusted according to the production line to achieve the purpose of energy saving and low consumption.
ZOZEN Boiler had an in-depth communication with the customer, understood the plant scale and operation process of the production line, and customized a set of YYW 4 million kcal horizontal thermal oil heater, using natural gas as fuel, to provide heat for its production.
This series boiler has various functions to meet the actual production requirements.

- In addition, ZOZEN boiler selects imported ultra-low NOx burner to ensure full combustion of natural gas, which helps customers to obtain the title of advanced domestic clean production enterprise.
- In addition, the thermal oil heater can be set up with a variety of coal savers, which can absorb waste heat for reuse and improve thermal efficiency, thus helping enterprises to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection and save energy, and saving costs.
