10 ton Gas Steam Boiler Introduction
The client company invested 540 million RMB (83.4 million USD) to build a dairy processing plant. The project proposes to build a fully automatic intelligent ultra-high temperature sterilized milk and milk powder production plant, with an expected annual output of 180,000 tons of dairy products.The heat energy required for sterilization and drying processes in the dairy production line is supported by a 10 ton gas steam boiler plant. The reasonably structured 10 ton gas steam boiler has the ability to run stably for a long time and can easily achieve low NOx emissions to meet environmental requirements. After the natural gas is fully burned, the flue gas produced is delivered to the condenser and coal saver set at the end of the boiler to ensure that the waste heat in the flue gas is fully utilized.
