10-Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project Introduction
With the penetration of the heating pipe network, the pattern of centralized heating has been formed, and the upgrade of environmental protection has been realized. After a series of market research and investigation, the customer finally chose to cooperate with ZOZEN Boiler, which designed and provided a 10-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boiler solution for the customer.
This series of boiler adopts full corrugated furnace, which enhances the disturbance of flue gas and effectively improves the heat transfer effect. At the same time, thanks to the use of threaded flue tubes, a highly efficient heat transfer element designed and developed by ZOZEN Boiler, the thermal efficiency of the boiler is increased to over 98%, thus effectively producing high quality steam with high thermal efficiency to meet the needs of the customer’s company for central heating.
The 10-ton gas steam boiler can add condenser to reuse the waste heat of flue gas, raise the feed water temperature and lower the outlet temperature, thus improving thermal efficiency and saving operation cost. Advanced low nitrogen burners can also be installed to ensure full combustion of fuel, which can effectively inhibit the formation of nitrogen oxides and reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, helping customer companies meet their heating requirements.
