1.5 Ton Condensing Gas Steam Boiler Introduction
The customer is a small and medium-sized garment textile factory. 1.5 ton condensing gas steam boiler is widely used in textile, sizing, printing and dyeing, weaving, etc. as the key equipment of textile production line. The customer made several requirements.
- Reduce the operating cost of the gas fired boiler. With the rising price of raw materials and labor costs, the requirement to reduce the running cost of boilers is getting higher and higher. This is one of the keys to help enterprises improve efficiency and achieve sustainable development.
- Save energy and protect the environment. In the context of low carbon and environmental protection, the low nitrogen emission and thermal efficiency of boilers have become the basis for judging the quality of boilers.
- Enterprise qualification. There are many factors that affect the customer’s choice, such as boiler materials, processing technology, advanced technology and patents, certification from relevant state departments, etc.
According to the customer’s requirements, ZOZEN Boiler custom-made a set of 1.5 ton WNS series gas steam boiler according to the customer’s industry and plant size.
The 1.5 ton condensing gas steam boiler has a wide range of fuel applicability, green energy sources such as natural gas and biogas can be used as fuel, which meets the requirements of sustainable development. ZOZEN Boiler equips the customer with an advanced low nitrogen burner to ensure that the nitrogen oxide emission is below the standard of 30mg/Nm3.
At the technical level, WNS series steam boilers adopt corrugated furnace and large volume combustion chamber to ensure full combustion of fuel, save fuel and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with threaded flue tube, which has 1.2 times higher heat transfer coefficient than ordinary ones. What’s more, the boiler is able to set up coal saver and condenser, which increases the thermal efficiency to 98% and helps customers to achieve the goal of energy saving and lower operating cost.
