1.4MW WNS Gas Hot Water Boiler Introduction
In the past, the heating of railway station was usually provided by small coal-fired boilers with thermal power of 4.2MW and below.Nowadays, with the higher national requirements for energy saving and emission reduction, various places have also launched environmental improvement programs for heating equipment. According to the requirements of Tuha Station, ZOZEN Boiler customized two sets of 1.4MW WNS gas hot water boiler.
This series of condensing hot water boiler adopts large volume corrugated chamber combustion chamber, which not only absorbs thermal expansion but also enhances flue gas disturbance and effectively improves heat transfer effect. The boilers are equipped with condensers, and the thermal efficiency is increased to more than 95%. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with imported low-NOx burner, which intelligently adjusts the air-fuel ratio to ensure good combustion effect. The boiler has remarkable energy-saving and environmental protection effect, which reduces the overall operating cost of customers.
The horizontal gas-fired hot water boiler is a fast-loading horizontal internal combustion three-temperature return tube hot water boiler. The hot water boiler package is safe and uses a waveform furnace to enhance flue gas disturbance and increase the radiant heat transfer area. If burning natural gas, it requires 534 cubic meters of natural gas per hour; burning city gas requires 1,123 cubic meters and burning liquefied gas requires 175.5 cubic meters per hour.
The gas-fired hot water boiler enhances the heat transfer of the boiler and promotes the combustion of fuel in the furnace chamber. The whole heat receiving surface is arranged symmetrically, with solid structural strength and reasonable water circulation system. The hot water boiler is reasonably configured with a low arrangement of the furnace drum to increase the safe range of water level. The diameter of the pipe and the distance between the two drums are larger to ensure good natural circulation.
