2 Ton WNS Gas Steam Boiler Introduction
As we all know, shock absorbers are an important part of a car’s suspension system. In order to prevent corrosion damage to them, chemical heat treatment and thermal spraying of the shock absorber surfaces are required, which cannot be done without the stable heat source provided by industrial gas-fired hot water boiler. The GOTEC Group, headquartered in Germany, has a 55% global market share in the surface treatment part of shock absorbers and provides support to well-known car companies such as BMW, Chrysler, Ford and Audi. As a rigorous German company, the GOTEC Group was very careful in the selection of the supporting heat source equipment for the new plant in Mexico and put forward very detailed requirements for the boiler automation control system.
ZOZEN Boiler was equipped with an easy-to-operate PLC automatic control system for the actual production process in Mexico. The system uses advanced frequency conversion technology and fuzzy control technology to achieve efficient and energy-saving operation by changing the gas quantity of the boiler; after the automatic function is turned on, the controller can also automatically adjust and control the system according to the mode set by the user to ensure safe and stable operation of the boiler. In addition, the WNS series gas boiler body adopts a large diameter corrugated furnace liner and threaded flue pipe, which effectively improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The additional condenser and other energy-saving devices at the end of the flue can reduce the exhaust smoke temperature to 60℃, and the thermal efficiency can reach over 98%, which has reached the advanced level at home and abroad.
