WNS series steam boiler is a horizontal fire-tube gas steam boiler. The combustion chamber is surrounded by a layer of sandwiched water jacket, and the upper part of the combustion chamber is arranged with dense fire tubes and equipped with advanced combustion devices. Start the feed pump and pour the treated softened water into the boiler. Adjust the combustion pressure, air volume and damper, observe and test the combustion condition, and adjust the air excess coefficient.
This series of gas steam boiler first trial boiling water temperature reaches 80 ℃, should suspend heating, observe the abnormal sound. If the water level in the boiler rises above the maximum level, lower the water level by draining. When the open venting valve ejects steam, close the venting valve, and when the pressure reaches 0.1mpa, flush the water level meter, and when the air pressure rises to 0.2mpa, check the manhole and other connecting parts for leaks. When the pressure in the furnace is gradually rising, observe whether there are any abnormalities in various parts of the boiler. If there is an abnormal situation, immediately stop the furnace to check and continue to run after troubleshooting. After the boiler parameters, indicators are normal, to regularly check, closely observe the changes in parameters, and make original records.
The gas steam boiler operation is simple and fast. When the water level in the boiler is below the low level, the low level indicator lights up and the buzzer starts to alarm to remind the staff to check the cause. When the water level continues to drop to ultra-low level and the water level can be seen by the water level meter, there is no need to stop the furnace and start the water pump to supply water. If the boiler is seriously short of water, the boiler will stop working automatically, and if the water supply selector switch is in the “auto” state, the feed pump will no longer work to ensure that the boiler will no longer supply water to the boiler in a serious water shortage condition.
