SZS series oil fired boiler is a kind of water tube steam boiler with vertical double-pot cylinder and micro positive pressure combustion. The outlet medium is superheated steam under secondary medium pressure. It can meet the heating needs of both industrial and small power plants. Double pot cylinder vertical “D” type furnace structure, the end of the arrangement of energy saving auxiliary heating surface. The burner is arranged on the front wall, and the convection tube bundle is arranged in parallel with the furnace chamber. The oil fired steam boiler adopts D-type arrangement. The upper and lower boiler tubes are arranged longitudinally, the walls on the right side of the furnace chamber are arranged with dense drainage wall tubes, the left side of the boiler is arranged with two return convection tubes, and the superheater is arranged in the furnace outlet turning area. In order to improve the SZS series oil fired boiler’s thermal efficiency and combustion conditions, energy-saving devices are arranged in the tail section to save energy to the greatest extent. The superheater adopts countercurrent arrangement and surface type temperature reducer to meet the requirement of steam temperature regulation. In order to prevent the superheater tube wall from overtemperature, the surface type temperature reducer is arranged at the inlet of superheater steam to ensure the operation reliability of superheater.
SZS oil-fired steam boiler adopts full-film wall structure, two-drum water tube boiler with natural circulation.
